बाल पोषण अधिकार और पैकेज फूड लेबलिंग पर संवाद
5 फरवरी 2023, लखनऊ: वाहरलाल नेहरू युवा केंद्र में इंडियन रोटी बैंक के सातवा स्थापना दिवस और मानवाधिकार जन निगरानी समिति , पीपल , और इंडियन रोटी बैंक के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में बाल पोषण अधिकार और पैकेज फूडलेबलिंग पर संवाद का आयोजन किया गया | कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन और अतिथियो का स्वागत पुष्पगुच्छ देकर कियाकिया| उसके पश्चात इंडियन रोटी बैंक के कोऑर्डिनेटर श्री विनोद चंद्रा जी, अशोक शुक्ला जी, अब्बासी जी ने कहा इसकी शुरुआत 2016 में हरदोई जिले में श्री विक्रम पाण्डेय जी में की गयी थी| उन्होंने आगे कहा की अभी इसकी सक्रिय टीम 14 राज्य में 100 जिलो में तक़रीबन 12 लाख लोगो को भोजन उपलब्ध करा पाया है| अभी इसकी पहुँच नाइजीरिया तक हो गयी है| एक तरफ तो हर तरफ हम सब कुछ हासिल करना चाहता है वही दूसरी तरफ अमीर और गरीबी की खाई बढ़ती जा रही है| ऐसी स्तिथि में इंडियन रोटी बैंक की जिम्मेदारी बढ़ रही है की किसी को भूखा न सोने दे| एक तरफ यह पहल लोगो का भूख मिटाता है वही दूसरी तरफ उनको पोषण प्रदान करने का काम करता है ताकि उनका रोग –प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ सके| आगामी पीढ़ी को इस कार्य से जोड़ने के लि

Meeting with State Commission for Protection of Child Rights
On 28th January, 2023 Lenin Raghuvanshi, Shruti Nagvanshi and Shirin Shabana Khan participated in the assessment meeting of child friendly institutions and schemes organized by State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR)-Uttar Pradesh in Circuit house Varanasi. Dr. Suchita Chaturvedi and Er. Ashok Kumar Yadav, member of SCPCR presided the meeting. In the meeting we submitted the memorandum and requested for Request for making compliance of the Food Safety and Standards (Safe food and healthy diet for school children) Regular 2019 and also on trans-fat. The second memorandum was on providing nutrition to children at brick -kiln. Compliance of Code of Conduct between Brick kiln owner union and Government. The honorable members of the commission agreed and called us for the next phase meeting and discussion in Lucknow.
